We had a real good stay for a quite vacation.
The room itself was a nice size for the kids to nap for a couple hours and had essentials we needed. It was in a comfortable location very near the airport. Places like Coqoon Spa were just a short stroll away from from here too: D

EVERYTHING IS SUPER
Your beach isn't there, but if you're in a car, it's the little things.

The staff was wonderful, the rooms were very comfortable and the grounds were very well kept. The food at the resort was delicious. I loved it it all!
There were lots of mosquitoes there (which is normal for Phuket) but it would have been nice if they provided some mosquito spray.

Unusual rooms, big area. There are swimming pools for adults only.
I'd like a more varied breakfast.

The spa facilities
The hotel Is a 5 star resort, but it felt more like a 4 star. It did not have the resort feeling, the industrial design with lots of rustic installations and decorations was a turn off for us. It just felt more like a city hotel than somewhere by the beach in Phuket. Price wise, Indigo is charging the rooms too high than most 5 star resorts.

This place deserves more than 5 stars, it has brand-new rooms and serves fresh breakfast. Fabulous restaurant, outstanding food, people working here are fabulously helpful.

Hotel is just perfect, garden, pools and rooms are beautiful. Access to the beach is great and possibility to dine outside in less expensive restaurants is also very easy as a lot of restaurants have put their tables on the beach

Perfect spot for families with kids
The staff was cute, especially with the way they played with our little one during breakfast. The pool area was perfect for families, with plenty of sun beds and toys for the kids.
Not exactly cheap, but for what you get, it's justifiable.

Our pearl bed suit with bath tub on the patio was amazing! The bathrooms were huge with a rain shower, his and hers sinks, surround sound for the tv, wonderful smelling bath products etc. The beds were very comfortable. The design artistic and culturally motivated. The restaurants were good. We ate at the tin mine for the Thai buffet and just one night for dinner. It was expensive but still better than the food on the beach. We also went to the Black Ginger. It was good but the Thai food at the Tin mine buffet on monday nights was better. Same price but unlimited. Breakfast buffet was delicious with everything you could want. We went to the spa for the couples package. It was great. The Blue Marine facial was one of the best I have ever had and I have had facials all over the world. The massage was good too but the ones on the beach are cheap with the same massage just less comforts. The Indigo Pearl Ice Cream is awesome too! The pools are nice too, best fruity drink, the Indigo Peal cocktail.
The Thai employees were very nice. There were some difficulties understanding each other which made it hard for them to give the amazing customer service that five star resorts are known for. The Thai people were so warm and friendly that the international staff seemed cold and distant.

The 5 star service that started from the moment we woke up to the time we went to sleep. It was relaxing, quiet and a great place to unwind and enjoy time together.

a prime spot for walking, dining, and exploring phuket's beauty
The ambiance in the hotel is magical, and the staff's genuine care. Exploring nearby attractions like the Night Market, just over a kilometer away, and enjoying dinner at the amazing Black Ginger Thai restaurant, just a few steps from my room, were highlights of my stay.

There are three pools. Also, two pools for adult only.
The resort is very big, someone can easily get lost. Also, for breakfast they only propose black tea or coffee. They could easily propose lattes or capuccino free of charge (Twinpalms do it).

This place is amazing. The staff were fantastic, bed was the ultimate. We would stay here again if we travelled to Thailand. Head out the back of the motel & dine with locals & have a swim. Try the adult pool, we swam & drank cocktails in the most fantastic pool, all pricey but soooooooo worth it as we were on our honeymoon. Thanks Indgo Pearl for the amazing memories xxxx

Amazing family getaway!
We had a blast! The room was super spacious, perfect for our little one to run around. Staff were awesome, even gave us a cot and baby goodies! Black Ginger was a must-try, so good! Only weird thing was the nearby pool closure, could've been handled better. All in all, an lovely stay!
